We don’t like to call them “reviews”, really. I more like to think of them as stories about us going to a place. We do all the things that restaurant reviewers don’t do — we go with only one or two people, we might only go once, we order the special. We won’t pretend to be gourmands, we won’t sample everything on the menu, and we won’t go to places we don’t think we’ll like.

What we will do is tell you about what happened to us, in that place, on that night. As always, your mileage may vary, and with each place, you get the chance to talk back.
